The tenement house was designed by the famous Italian architect Marconi in the interwar period.
After the war, it was rebuilt under the supervision of a conservator. Just a 5-minute walk to get to the Royal Route and then 20 minutes to the right to the Old Town or 30 minutes to the left and we are in the beautiful Łazienki Park, where there are many attractions waiting for us.
